Patient feedback

The out-of-hours service operates a patient questionnaire and monitors responses on a weekly basis. The patient questionnaire is anonymous, but patients who wish to continue discussion of a particular issue do have the option to leave their contact details so that we can follow up, initially by telephone or email, to conclusion.

If you want to make a complaint about our service, we ask you to speak to the service manager in the first instance.

Feedback

Just to say a huge thank you for providing such wonderful service in the last ten days. Once I had to call for an emergency ambulance via Out of Hours doctor, and the other occasion was via Paramedics and Ambulance. I cannot praise either of these responses any more highly. So many "bad" words are spoken, but sometimes it helps to hear of the good response. Just brilliant, kind, understanding, and wonderful, thank you all so much. Jane Guy

I wanted to say how much I was helped and seen to quickly on Christmas Sunday. It only took about 1-2 hours to resolve from start to finish and I am most grateful. I can highly recommend the 111 service. Thank you

I am so impressed by the 111 service in Suffolk. I was listened to and given advice by friendly, helpful, calming professionals. I was reassured that I was doing the right thing by calling and am so glad I rung. Thanks to everyone involved.

Suffolk has a wonderful out of hours service. My 111 call was dealt with quickly, efficiently and with sensitivity. The nurse who came out to see me arrived within a very short time. She was caring and gave me a thorough check and clear diagnosis. I felt in very good hands. Thank you very much to everyone.

Just want to say, the doctor who attended my mother this evening was absolutely brilliant. She came to check my mum for Strep A at her nursing home. She didn't automatically reach for a prescription pad which made a wonderful change, and was full of very good advice for my mother's future care.
